Sleep, something I think the most of us love. It's the time when our bodies get time to recover and heal. But it's hard when your phone keeps buzzing all night and the alarm goes off at 6 am.

But how do I sleep as mush as possible?

1. Prioritize

Don't go out with your friends if you know you have a lot of homework waiting for you at home. You will just end up studying all night. Ensure to have your chores done before doing everything else, as boring as it sounds, you don't need to stress later over the loss of sleep.

2. Plan the day before

Instead of taking half an hour every morning to deiced what to wear, choose clothes the evening before. Also pack your bag, so you don't need to buy effort in that.

3. Don't nap

Taking naps just disturb your sleeping routines, it's better to sleep eight hours straight.

4. Watch out for the phone

I think this is one of the biggest factors to sleeping bad, first of all don't start texting with someone right before you go bed. Second do not watch your phone the last thing you do, instead read a book or a magazine to relax your eyes.

5. Less makeup

This is to all of us makeup freaks and perfectionists out there. Probably one of the biggest reason why I need to get up at 6 am and not 6:30 for example is because I take to much time doing my makeup. But now I actually just do my eyebrows which takes like five minutes, and this has allowed me to sleep longer in the morning without feeling stress.

6. Routines

Try to go to bed at the same time every day, this makes it so much easier to go to sleep, and for the body to relax.
