I really love reading and writing articles on WHI and I am so happy that this amazing feature is finally here, but I often stumble across articles on WHI that have great potential but are poorly written, which leads to them not getting much attention. So here are a few tips to make your articles even better. :)
1: Check spelling and grammar
Seeing mistakes like confusing "their" and "they're" or "your" and "you're" and false usage of tenses or grammatical constructions does not make hearters want to keep reading. Of course you do not have to write and check your article like you are writing an academic paper but looking for spelling and grammar mistakes before you publish your article could be a good idea.
2: Add images to your article
Before articles were introduced, WHI was all about images, gifs and a few youtube videos here and there, right? So why not add a few images to your article! If your article has a few images it automatically looks more interesting and diversified. Make sure that the images fit the content and have a good quality.

3: Use the formatting opportunities given by WHI
WHI has a few cool formatting tricks for us in stock that we can use to make our articles look more interesting, for example writing in cursive or bold. Also, we can add collections, accounts, images and links to our articles. The cool thing with images is that we can arrange them in grids and even add captions. Use these tricks and your article will look much better! You can check out these tricks here: http://weheartit.com/articles/new?preview=294290246
4: Pick the perfect cover image and title
When scrolling through WHI, the first impression people will get from your article will be the cover image and title. Make sure to select a high quality image that fits the content of your article and pick an interesting title. You can scroll through a few great examples for titles here: https://www.incomediary.com/10-article-headline-examples-that-got-10000000-readers

So yeah, I hope you will have a lot of fun writing and reading articles and I hope I could inspire you a bit to keep writing or start writing articles. And I want you to know that even if your english is not perfect or your writing is not very appealing, what you are writing makes you grow and creates your own style and can also help you sort your thoughts out, so my advice to all aspiring writers is to just keep writing and you will see progress with time. :)
