- 2.Describe 3 legitimate fears you have and explain how they became fears.
1.The Dark
Yes, you read that right. I am low key afraid of the dark or, more specifically, not knowing where I'm going and what's around me. As someone who doesn't trust easily, seeing and knowing what is around me is important.
2.Water I can't see the bottom of
Lakes, ponds, even the ocean can sometimes freak me out. Don't get me wrong, I love going to the beach and swimming in the ocean or going out on the lake. However, there will always be a small part in mind that is questioning what is both below and around me. This one probably came to be a fear because of movies like Jaws, The Shallows, and 45 Meters Down.
3.Loneliness
I'm not talking about not having anyone to hang out with on a Friday night when I'm 25 or being afraid I won't be able to get a date or get married. No, I'm talking about ultimate, absolute isolation. I think this ties in somewhat with my slight claustrophobia. But, this one probably came to be because even though I love being independent, I feel like everyone needs someone who they can go to for comfort or advice. I don't know. All I know is that total isolation freaks me out lol.
