¿Les ha pasado alguna vez que piensan o le dan vuelta tantas veces a un tema que sus propios pensamientos los abruman, al punto de sentir que consumen su mente y como consecuencia baja su animo completamente?
A mi si me ha pasado y creo que tengo que comenzar a ver la forma de revertir ese sentimiento, saber dejar las cosas atrás, saber separar lo que es realmente importante de lo que no y de no dejar que un mal momento arruine tu día completo.

Have you ever had a thought or turn so many times to an issue that their own thoughts overwhelm them, to the point of feeling that they consume your mind and as a consequence lower your mood completely?
To me if it has happened, and I think I have to start to see how to reverse that feeling, know how to leave things behind, know how to separate what is really important from what is not and not let a bad moment ruin your full day.
