Sport is a very important part of my life. I could not imagine a life without. So in this article Im going to present you the Sports i like to do:

Gymnastics

I really love this Sport and its probably my favourite. I did Gymnastics for 9 years, till I quit last April. You can do it everywhere, you get flexible and you learn a lot about your Body.

Swimming

I think its very important to know how to swim. If you swim in a Team/Club it can get very physically demanding but it pays of. Your Body will get so defined and especially for Boys it the perfect alround Sport.

Running

Running fast is really cool, you get a Feeling of freedom and you train your legs. Ready? Go!

Hip Hop

Dancing is everything. You can express yourself through dancing. And it Looks cool on every Party. Maybe ill be doing an extra article about dancing.
