KALE

This vegetable is crowned as the “queen of greens”. It contains a large amount of Vitamin A (reduces wrinkles and increases blood flow to the surface of the skin) and Vitamin C (protects against UV-induced damage caused by free radicals, slows the rate of free-radical damage and gives skin its firmness and strength). Kale also has an abundant supply of Vitamin K (reduces the signs of aging, reduces the appearance of dark circles and helps to combat acne).
This superfood is also loaded with antioxidants which help prevent free radical cell damage and make your skin look amazing.

OATMEAL

Oatmeal is a less processed cereal in comparison with other varieties, so it retains more vitamins. Also, it takes longer to break down in your body which helps keep your blood sugar stable.
They remove dryness, moisturise the skin and protect against skin conditions like eczema, rosacea and rashes.

Choose oatmeal in your breakfast bowl rather than other cereals that are full of refined sugars. I have porridge/oatmeal almost every day for breakfast as it keeps me full until lunch, is super healthy and I do not get tired of its flavour in combination with fruits, peanut butter, molasses, maple syrup, nuts, etc. There are so many healthy & yummy toppings!

I really hope this article could help you and you learned a little bit about the benefits of these superfoods.
