It contains a large amount of Vitamin A (reduces wrinkles and increases blood flow to the surface of the skin) and Vitamin C (protects against UV-induced damage caused by free radicals, slows the rate of free-radical damage and gives skin its firmness and strength). Kale also has an abundant supply of Vitamin K (reduces the signs of aging, reduces the appearance of dark circles and helps to combat acne).
