We all have our own habits ,our own routine everyday from the moment that we wake up, but some of those habits may not be good for us and sometimes they dont help us to achieve our goals. Many seccessful people do certain things everyday that makes them successful into their job , school , family and just general in their lives.

Healthy habits have a big impact in your life.

It may look impossible to cut off the bad habits but if you start with small steps everyday you can achieve your goal. It takes at least 21 days to swap an old habit with a new one, if it doesnt work start over again ,you should not give up.

There is one thing that successful people have in common. Success is a mindset, a practice, and a culmination of habits. Here are 10 habits of highly successful and happy people.

1.Getting up early.

Some of the benefits are that in the morning you are able to see the sun rise ,the greatest view, which is so beautiful because it is a reminder of how blessed you are. You have more time to have a good breakfast which is the most important meal of the day.Also studies have found that people who wake up early exhibit character traits like optimism.Last but not least, it is a good time to plan your day and be productive so you can achieve your goals.

2.Read and learn.

“The more you Learn, The more you Earn”. This one is so important, educate yourself : read books , if you have questions google them , learn new things and you will improve the way you think and act.Learning is actually easy today because of internet, be self taught.In that way you grow as a person,you will be able to understand more things and improve yourself.

3.Practise and make small improvments.

When we set goals we tend to make big steps and then we give up because it is not easy and we see no improvment.Thats wrong and it is one of the reasons we fail. When you set a goal begin whith small steps everyday and you will see the improvment by doing bigger steps and actually seeing results of your hard work. Try to make small steps and be patient, but never give up, you never know how close you are to pursue your dreams if you just give up.

4.Surround themselves with people that support them.

“The people we surround ourselves with either raise or lower our standards. They either help us to become the-best-version-of-ourselves or encourage us to become the best version of ourselves. We become like our friends. No man becomes great on his own. No woman becomes great on her own. The people around them help to make them great.
We all need people in our lives who raise our standards, remind us of our essential purpose, and challenge us to become the-best-version-of-ourselves.”

5.Be grateful.

First of all,expressing graditude is a scientifically proven to make you happier. «Success without graditude is the bigest failure of all» – Tony Robbins. Wich it means that even if you accomplish all these things you want , all your goals,if you don’t have graditude with you every day and don’t aprecciate what you have accomplished ,then you will never be truly happy and you are going to be craving more. A good way to be more gratefull is to start writing every day at least 10 things you are greatful for, thats something that worked for me. Try to say more thank you and really mean it.
