GOAL SETTING

1) Think of what your goals are and how you want to achieve them. A good way to start is by writing your goals in a journal, this can easily motivate you to actually make them happen cause now they're on paper, you have to make them happen.

DO MORE OF WHAT YOU LOVE

2) For example I love to sing and dance it's been that way ever since I can imagine. It's something that helps me deal with the stress of school. Another thing I've recently started to do is write these articles. I think in order to be able to have a consistence of motivation you must have a balanced life. Don't over crowd your schedule, it's okay to sometimes sit back and restart.

SPEND TIME WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY

3) Spending time with friends and family can help especially if they motivate you. Go out when you can and enjoy life, life is such a precious gift that should never be taken for granted. Spend time with those you love.

MAKE A ROUTINE

4) It's one thing to make a routine but to stick to it is different. Make your routine fun and with set times. My routine for school atm is pretty good but it changes from time to time. I've found that when I lose my routine I tend to slack off in accomplishing my own personal goals and just usually feel all over the place.
