Here we are with another recipe. This is one of my all time favourite, because peppers are one of my favourite food 🌶🌶 In fact, I'm gonna have it tonight for dinner!

Ingredients: (for 4 people)
- 4 peppers (the more colorful the better)
- 1 onion
- 1 tin of tomato sauce
- basil
- olive oil
- salt

Procedure:
1) Chop the onion and cook it in a frying pan greased with olive oil.
2) In the meanwhile cut the peppers as you prefer. Tip: if you want them to cook faster cut them in smaller pieces. Season with salt, add the tomato sauce and a 1/2 cup of water (in this way the veggie won't stick to the pan and burn) and basil.
3) Leave to cook for about 20 minutes or until soft.

Tip: try to serve this recipe with chicken 🍗🍗 it will be even tastier! Some people even like to eat this side dish with olives. It is an even scrummier alternative.
