Lately, i have been feeling sad.So I was thinking to share some tips I have been doing to forget you're sad, I hope it helps you.
♥Listen to your favorite songs.
♥ Eat your favorite pastry or favorite food.
♥ Watch your favorite show on Netflix.
♥ Talk with your bestie and complain to her.
♥ Go out and have fun
♥ Take a small book and write down how you feel.
♥ Go on shopping
♥ Think positive
♥ Drink hot coffee late at night
♥ Go on long drive
♥ If possible don't stay at home because it will depress you more.If you're staying at home the best thing to do is sleep when you're sad.
♥ Take bubble bath
♥ Play games on PS4
♥ Read novels or comic books
♥ Better not to stress yourself and think about it or else you will get Anxiety.
♥Post something relatable on Tumblr the way you feel.
This is what I do when I am sad or depressed.I hope whatever you're going through, I hope that it gets better for you.
