This is a "fresher" way to eat sausages and it is what I actually had today for lunch. The sweet and sour taste of this recipe is what makes it seasonal and absolutely unique.

Ingredients: (for 4 people)

  • 300 g sausages
  • 60-100 g grapes (the quantity is up to you, it depends on how much you like the taste and sourness of grapes. I usually use white grapes but if you prefer using another variety it makes absolutely no difference to the taste of the final product)
  • 100 ml apple cider vinegar
  • rosemary
  • olive oil
  • salt

1) Grease a frying pan with olive oil, then cut your sausages in small pieces. Season with salt, add the vinegar and cook in the pan for about 4 minutes.

2) Add the rosemary, then put a cover on the pan and carry on cooking for another 4 minutes. In the meanwhile shell the grapes, and cut the biggest ones in halves and add them to the sausage.

3) Cook the whole mix for another 4-5 minutes. Serve when still hot.

Enjoy ♥
