Hey guys, today i'm going to talk about being healthy, i'm personally not a very healthy person, but i do my best, im not an expert, but here's some things that helps me to stay healthy, hope you like it.

  • First, stay hydrated, it's very important to drink a lot of water, it helps to your metabolism, and its good for your skin too.

  • eat a lot of fruit, the vitamins that the different fruits contain, helps for different things, but don't abuse, fruit it's healthy but you can also gain a lot of weight.
