Some years before ,
I was complexed of my body.
Being skinny isn't good or beautiful or sexy .. for many people , the worst i was so skinny but in a good health , years after years ,the critics didn't stop , and i started hating my body , i became nervous , stressed , ... depressed , and one day i saw so many people changing their bodies by SPORT , It was the click , i wanted to change my body , and being a little bit as a really girl , i started doing some work out , day after day , i started loving sport and this has become my hobby really
Don't listen to negatif critics , but make them your strength and the first motivation , and it's like this you will achieve your objectifs , get some inspiration from the "fitgirl" in instagram but the important things it's to work work work hard
