How to maintain healthy hair

1. Comb wet hair

You should always comb wet hair with extreme care as it is fragile and prone to breakage. Take a broad toothed comb and run it from the roots to the ends of your hair as gently as possible.

2. Get your hair trimmed regularly

Trim your hair every few weeks to get rid of those split ends to make you hair look and feel healthier. Cut about half and inch of your hair every 6/8 weeks to avoid the split ends to grow out again.

3. Avoid washing your hair everyday

Washing your hair everyday will make it more oilier and more prone to getting greasy. Try to wash you hair at least every 2 days and use dry shampoo the days you don’t wash it. If you don’t have oily hair try to go longer than 2 days.

4. Conditioner

Always make sure to condition the ends. Rinse the conditioner off with cold water as it is good for both strength and shine.

5. Hair masks

There are a range of hair masks you can get to suit your hair, whether it be for greasy hair or for frizzy hair. Ideally you can use hair masks every time you wash your hair, but once a week is okay
