So today I want to give you my 6 Top Tips to live a healthier life. I´m really excited to start writing about this topic as I have been occupied with it for a long time now.

Here they are:

1- Educate yourself and build your own opinion before changing your way of living.
2- Try out new things (meals, sports…) until you get to the ones that make you feel the best.
3- Accept yourself. It is not all about being thin, looking perfect and being pretty. It is about feeling good on the inside!
4- Stay hydrated. It is recommended to drink at least two litres of water per day. Teas and natural juices are also a good idea when you are craving something sweet.
5- Make a change for yourself, not for other people.
6- Don´t give up. If you really want to change something, then you can do it. This is why it is so important to be well informed and educated. Once you are it, it will be truly hard to go back to your previous (bad) habits.

I hope these few tips could help you and you feel motivated to change your lifestyle. It is never too late!
