Some songs, movies, books and tv series remind me about the fact that we can build strength. No matter if it is physically or mentally. We can start from the bottom and can end up at the top. Even if its little stuff like driving with your bike to school, that makes you more fit, reading a book that gives you knowlege, studying or learing a new sport or fight techniques . Everyday we can start making ourselfs better... Everyday and after alot of days we are so much better then we were a mounth ago. Obviously we need to keep doing these things and need to get inspired by things. But the most importend part is that we keep working on ourselfs so that we can get stronger, kinder, smarter, healthier, peacefuller and so much more everyday <3.
