I'm sharing with you this little challenge which constitute more daily rules to apply to get healthy. For me, this challenge enable to stay motivate and healthy so don't hesitate to share. ♥

I'm personally trying to apply these rules everyday at daily and it works pretty well. Since I started, I'm feeling better in my body (because by following simply these rules, I losed weight).
