Recently, I've been struggling with selfcare, so I decided I'd make a list to help myself and others :)

-Take a bath (I recommend using a relaxing bath oil)
-Drink tea
-Take a nap (try to keep it between 20-30 minutes)
-Listen to music
-Make lists (it helps organizing your mind)
-Paint your nails (for some reason, having painted nails makes me feel more confident)
-Eat something health
-Exercise
-Wash your hands and face with cool water (it gives you a refreshed feeling)
-Drink some cold water
-Listen to throwback songs
-Talk to a friend / family member
-Watch cute/funny moments from your favorite band / artist
-Go outside
-Eat fruits
-Change your clothes
-Brush your teeth
-Turn off your phone / ipad / laptop / etc.
-Give compliments to strangers (in real life or online)
-Clean your room
-Make your bed
-Do your make up and wear your favorite clothes, even if you aren't planning on leaving your house
-Research things you're interested in, such as cities, countries, jobs, vacation destinations, etc.
-Open your windows
-Go for a walk / bike ride
-Wash your face / put on a face mask
-Cry
-Order something online

These are just some things I like to de when I'm not feeling great
