Hi Honey! How are you? I'm very excited about the new WHI articles, it's a new way of expressing yourself very interesting;)
For my first article I would like to leave here some reminders:

- You are so important without even doing anything, is ok to have a "me" time.
- The very idea that recovery isn’t possible can be a major obstacle to recovery itself.
- Don’t believe anyone who tells you you’re not good enough the way you are, or that you exist wrong, or that everything about you is bad. you’re not bad, you are good enough
- The right person would never make you feel like you’re hard to love

And, just remember, you deserve better. 🌸
