1. It'll get tough. Really tough. You already knew that. But that's life, accept it. Put away the books for an hour, drink some tea, stare at the ceiling, cuddle your pets, watch some YouTube, relax. And then finish your homework.
2. There will be a lot of days where you want to quit and not even get out of bed. Don't call in sick and don't drop out. You can do this, you can survive this year like all the others.
3. Stretch. Stretching helps relieve the stress and wakes you up. Wakes up your bones.
4. Enjoy learning new things. Learning is power. Learning is sexy.
5. Don't pay attention to others. You are here for you. Nobody really pays attention to others anyways.
6. Be nice to teachers and fellow students. Kindness makes everything so much easier.
7. ASK THINGS. Ask the stupidest things and ask the hardest things. Just ask what you want to know. The teachers think you're dumb? Fuck them. YOU need to pass. And YOU need that degree.
8. STUDY. Studying is so important. The more you study the more you'll remember. Study 30-60 minutes each day. Reread all your notes. It'll make things easier in the future. Especially when there are unexpected quizzes.
9. Make your lunch the evening before if you have trouble getting out of bed in the morning. Breakfast helps you start your day. If you don't have time at home make some in class.
10. Go to bed early. A good nights rest is everything it'll make getting out of bed a lot easier.
