This is my second article, I really enjoyed writing the previous one so I decided to write another one, I hope you'll like it!
This article is about an average problem, it's about being brave. I know, sometimes being brave is almost impossible, it's much easier to run from the problems and hide your feelings/thoughts. Believe me, it's not okay.
You have your own thoughts for a reason, you can say "no" and "yes" if you want, you can say "oh c'mon it's bullsh*t" (okay, maybe this last one you can't whenever you want) and you probably have the chance to say it but you're afraid. Well, please, listen to your heart and your brain and tell them what you think.
Sometimes there're situations when you need to take a step because if you don't, you can lose something or somebody. I know, it's hard, it's one of my worst nightmares to talk to somebody without a good topic, just to make sure he/she doesn't forget me. But, please, talk to them. You CAN and you NEED to talk them, who knows, maybe they'll be much more kind and you'll fly in the next few days because of the conversation. This is a true story, it's my experience. If it happened to me then why wouldn't it happen to you?
Sometimes you need courage to fight with somebody or to leave somebody (in my opinion, usually the second is a better decision than the first one if you want a peaceful life). Again, you have your own thoughts and your own feelings, if you don't want to quarell you can walk away and be much more happy. You need courage to leave people, but believe me, if you have more reasons to leave them than to stay with them, then leave them. In this case, they don't really need you and you don't need them. Why would you play with their time?
Last but not least, don't be afraid to feel yourself a little crazy. People love when you're confident and you can save yourself, when you're not afraid to say out loud your thoughts. Usually, these properties are associated with being "crazy".
This article is written because I have friends who are afraid to talk and do and sometimes I'm afraid too but when I need to encourage them I encourage myself the same time and I'm braver after every conversation. Now, I want to encourage YOU, because you're reading this article for a reason.
I hope you won't forget this line:
you have your own feelings and your own thoughts for a reason, use them!

“You know, sometimes all you need is twenty seconds of insane courage. Just literally twenty seconds of just embarrassing bravery. And I promise you, something great will come of it.” - Benjamin Mee
