okay, tbh i got this from pinterest and wrote it down with some modifications in a notebook, but here it is.
1.- SET A TIMER.
To eat your snack, to drink water, and try to move throughout the day as much as possible.

2.- PLAN YOUR MEALS.
You can use Thursday evening to plan your meals for the next week so you have enough time to grocery shop and prep your food before Monday.

3.- PREPARE YOUR CLOTHES
Leave your workout clothes and water bottle ready the night before.

4.- WATER BOTTLE
Don't let it be empty, and try to get a cool bottle so you stay "motivated".

5.- SET WEEK GOALS
Every single week!

6.- VISUALIZE
Take 2 minutes to envision your strongest, healthiest body, at least once per day.

7.- CALENDAR
Write your workouts and meals on a calendar.
