We breathe. We open our eyes. Then we go through the motions.

Get up. Get dressed. Brush teeth. Eat breakfast. Go on with your day.

But there's nothing special with these motions. They're just done because they need to be.

We work all day, every day. We go through stress and tears and annoyance and any other negative emotion up until the end of the day.

We go home. We eat dinner. We change. We get in bed. We sleep. Then the whole cycle starts all over again.

Breathe. Open. Up. Dress. Brush. Eat. Go. Work. Home. Eat. Change. Bed. Sleep.

But they don't have to be the same every single day. We can wake up and try to think of what exciting things could happen in the day. Listen to music. Dance when making something to eat. Sing in the shower.

Life sometimes feels complicated and confusing and annoying all at once. But that's only if we choose to let the things happening in the day choose our path of mood. Don't let it. Instead of the usual cycle, do this:

Breathe. Open. Smile. Up. Dress. Dance. Brush. Eat. Sing. Go. Smile. Work. Laugh. Love. Live. Home. Dance. Eat. Change. Sing. Smile. Bed. Sleep.

Each day can be different. They can be the same if you truly want, but remember to make the most of it. Life is too short to spend most of your time unhappy.

Go out into the world. Go on adventures. Step out of your comfort zone. Smile a little. Laugh a lot. Change a life. Be kind. Be you.

Trust me, it will all be worth it in the end.
