Value is what a lady finds to be important and wants to be doing with her life, it shapes everyday behaviors and decisions she makes.

Do your future self a favor and work hard now.

Your 20’s are your selfish years. Old enough to make the right decisions and young enough to make the wrong ones. Be selfish with your time – travel, explore, fall in and out of love, be ridiculous and silly, stupid and wild. Be 20 something.
“I think as a woman you can have it all (Victoria Beckham).” Beneath every strong, independent woman lies a broken little girl who had to learn how to get back up and to never depend on anyone. Independent woman is a woman that knows that she deserves to live a life defined by her needs and desires and strives everyday to cultivate, keep, and upgrade that reality.

Spread love every day.

A grateful heart is a magnet for miracles. Tell them. Be grateful for them so you even you can make them happier. Whenever they’re having a bad day, be there to cheer them up. They need you sometimes as much as you need them.
“Be the kind of person who isn’t afraid to ask someone if they are okay twice if they say they are, but look like they aren’t. Be the kind of person who smiles at people even if they don’t smile back. Be the kind of person you wished for when no one was there for you. Be the kind of person who is brave enough to stand alone in a crowd for what is right. Be that person because we need more people like that in the world. Be that person because people like that are rarer than the rarest diamonds and gold (Nikita Gill).”


People are those who destroyed our planet. People are those who can save our planet. In order to change to world, we have to start by ourselves. Do everyday something that will make our planet greener. Save the paper, water, energy. Separate.
Go vegan. You know how wonderful vegan feels. You do it for compassion, nonviolence, for the people, for the planet, for the animals and for the health. It feel so powerful to be “clean”. Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going. Health is not just about what you’re eating. It’s also about what you’re thinking and saying. Stop for a second and think about how amazing it is going to feel when you achieve everything you are working hard for right now.

“I’m going to make everything around me beautiful – that will be my life (Elsie de Wolf).” But before I go, remember one thing, promise me one thing: be brave when you’re afraid. Nowadays I walk over things I used to trip over.
