You don't even have to be good at drawing or painting, just do it for fun. It's something I do a lot when I'm bored. You can buy a mandala coloring book, it's a creative thing to do and also helps with stress.

Write a journal

Write about whatever you want! You can also make your own bullet journal and personalize it with quotes, pictures... There's always something you can add to it!

Play an instrument

Again, if you don't know how to do it, just do it anyway! Play around with a guitar or piano and maybe then you'll decide to learn to play that instrument.

Read a book

Reading is a creative activity, even if what you're reading is not something you wrote, because other people's creativity boosts your own. Get lost in all the different worlds created by writers!

Cook something

You don't have to be the best chef in the world to get creative in the kitchen. If you want, start with simple things like a chocolate cake or even just a starry egg. It gets you out of the boredom, plus you get to eat afterwards.

Photograph

You can photograph whatever! Your friends, family, pets, books, food, yourself, your room... get creative and find something unique to photograph or turn a daily thing in a work of art with your photography skills.

These are some of the creative things you can do at home when you're bored and don't know what to do. Try these and maybe you'll even find a new passion!
