As an avid day dreamer, I often find myself painting wildly imaginative scenarios of things that might never be. It could be anything really, me living in an alternate universe with the strangest of creatures, maybe a post-apocalyptic survival war sort of thing, our world coming alive with all the fictional characters I’ve ever known, or something slightly more tame, like me kayaking through the Niagara Falls.

Everyone has these moments where one lets oneself unwilling zone out from reality to be a part of something much more fascinating. While openly admitting to something so childish and generally unproductive might be considered embarrassing in most parts of society, letting my mind lose to wander as it wills is a part of who I am and who I always will be. Hey, let’s be real you probably do it much more than you’d dare confess.
It might come across as a little bizarre but on occasion I find myself contemplating a world where I might have never existed. What would that be like?
