20 Side Plank Crunch
15 Reverse Crunches
15 Scissors

Tuesday 👻
15 V Crunch
25 Donkey Kicks
20 Squats
20 Squat Side Kick

Wednesday ❤️
Rest

Thursday 🎃
25 Windshield Wipers

20 Reverse Crunches
20 Scissors

Friday 👻
20 V Crunch
30 Donkey Kicks
25 Squats
25 Squat Side Kick

Saturday 🕸
20 Spider-Man Plank
25 Toe Touch
25 Mountain Climbers
20 Dumbbell Side Bend

Sunday ❤️
Rest

Add 5 more reps to each exercise every other day.
Example: Monday: 15 Scissors, Wednesday: 20

I don't have any instructions for any exercises this week because many of them are pretty simple and obvious but if you have any questions, let me know!
