Ehi guys!! Welcome on my first WHI article and happy first October to everyone! As it's the first day of the month, I want to show you my goals for this month. First of all I want to advise you that I'm Italian so there will probably be some mistakes! I'm sorry for that but I'm trying to do my best.
If you notice them, let me know so I can improve my English.
This is my October list, hope you like it or use it as an ispiration!!

1. Drink 2,5 litres of water per day!
As you probably know, drinking water is one of the most important things to do. I'm currently drinking 1\1.5 litre of water everyday, but I want to get better. This is important not just for your health, but also if you want to have a better skin and for a lot of other reasons.

If you don't usually drink enough water, don't worry there are some tips.
-Drink two glasses of water before every meal.
-Put your water bottle always next to you, in this way you always see water and you have more craving.
-Find a division of glasses\bottles good for you and your body. An example, you can divide water based on hours or moment of the day.

2. Eat healthy
This is probably a year or life goal, because you have to do it always, not just for a month. Eating helthy is so damn difficult because our palate get used to eat foods with a lot of preservatives that change their tastes. We should get used to eat as natural foods as possible. There aren't secrets, just a lot of willpower and self-love.

3. Write a WHI article every week
I'm loving this new WHI function and I want to share with people what's on my mind. from thoughts to tips or routines. I want to write at least an article per week, but if I can more than just one!
By the way, If you want to know more about me or a particular topic, let me know and I'm gonna do it!

4. Lose 2\3 chilos.
Okay, don't be shocked. I'm eating healthy and going to the gym to love myself and my body, but I have to lose some pounds, so I'm writing this goal because I have to do it. I'm not gonna examine in depth this point, but that's one of my goals.

5. Be more accurate on my outfits
I love fashion, but sometimes it seems like I don't care about it. This month I'm gonna try to worry about details. Some mornings I get up and wear the first things I find out, but that's not good! Take care also of your clothes and your style!

6. Be a Woman
This is the most important point of this article. Girls, we are WOMEN. We are strong, beautiful, we have our rights! Don't let anyone make you feel weak. WE ARE WOMEN. Show the world how much fantastic we are.
