1) BLUSHING APPLE SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS:
Some pitted fresh cherries
English cucumber
1 apple
Some fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon of chia seed
Water
6-8 ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Place in your blender in the order of the ingredients listed, then blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.

2) SLEEPY BLUEBERRY MUFFIN SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup non-dairy milk
1/2 cup blueberries
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon of chia seed
INSTRUCTIONS:
