We all have those days where we just sit in bed and don't want to wake up and start the day. Instead, we just want to crawl back in bed and go to sleep. With that time we could have gotten up and did something to make us happy, read an article, found a new song, talked to a friend, made your mom/dad some breakfast in bed, or even just sat outside and enjoyed nature. There's so many things you could've done with that time wasted procrastinating. When you look back on it, you're going to regret just sitting in bed and trying to sleep, you're going to wish you did something with that time. Quit procrastinating. Get out of bed. Stop sitting there hoping to go back to sleep, because someday, you're going to wish you did something with that time. You're going to wish you did something besides sleeping because one day, you're going to go to sleep forever, and you're never going to wake up.
