Hi guys,

I do not always eat good healthy food,however, I try, and I know that sometimes it's hard to think about how to do different healthy things to eat, so I'll tell you how to make a bowl with just fruits.
It's good for breakfast, snack, whatever you wish for.

Put in the blender:
-> Two bananas
-> One peach
-> An apple

Leave a little of each fruit to put on top after that.
Mix everything together and then put in a bowl, garnish with fruit and a little granola or muesli on top.
