It is really important to have a healthy life and body. But the most important thing is to feel good in your own skin. To love your body and to be happy with it. I am not a professionalist at this but here is my tips for those who want them.

Work outs

Inner thingh

  • lunges 3 sets of 45 sec
  • side lunges 3 sets of 45 sec
  • bit bridge 3 sets of 30 sec
  • wall sit 3 sets of 45 sec
  • squats 3 sets of 45 sec

Lower belly

  • lying leg rise 3 sets of 45 sec
  • reverse crunches 3 sets of 45 sec
  • flutter kicks 3 sets of 45 sec
  • elbow to knee 4 sets of 30 sec
  • V sit twist 3 sets of 45 sec
  • leg pull up 3 sets of 30 sec

ABS

  • crunches 4 sets of 20 rep
  • cross crunches 4 sets of 20 rep
  • left side crunches 3 sets of 20 rep
  • right side crunches 3 sets of 20 rep
  • mountain climbers 4 sets of 40 rep
  • russian twist 6 sets of 20 rep
  • sit ups 4 sets of 30 rep

But

  • donkey kicks 4 sets of 45 sec
  • squats 4 sets of 45 sec
  • bridge leg lift 4 sets of 45 rep
  • side squats 4 sets of 45 rep
  • jump squats 4 sets of 30 rep
  • jumping jacks 3 sets of 30 rep

Waist

  • V sit twist 3 sets of 45 sec
  • standing cross crunches 3 sets of 45 rep
  • side leg lifts 3 sets of 30 sec
  • russian twist 3 sets of 20 rep
  • plank 1 min
  • side plank 1 min (each side)
  • plank knee to elbow 4 sets of 30 rep

So these are the exercises, but I cobined them every day. This is the way:

Monday - inner thigh and but
Thuesday - lower belly and ABS
Wednesday - ABS and waist
Thursday - lower belly and waist
Friday - But and inner thigh
Saturday - ABS
Sunday - Rest

  • DRINK A LOT OF WATER
  • DON'T FORGET TO STRETCH
  • AVOID JUNK FOOD
  • EAT HEALTHY

But everyone need a little motivation, right. Make some goals to reach. It's really good for you to see the results after you reach that goal. Find some pictures you like ( fitness models, motivation quotes, work outs, sport clotes). You need really good motivaton. It's so important you to be happy, if any if this thing do not make you happy - leave them. You always can find something you like more.
