doesn’t mean you suffer depression.
just because you scraped your knee on purpose to get out of PE,
doesn’t mean you suffer self harm.
just because you haven’t been sleeping that well,
doesn’t mean you suffer a sleeping disorder.
just because you skipped a meal or accidentally puked,
doesn’t mean you suffer an eating disorder.
just because you freaked out before you had to do a speech,
doesn’t mean you suffer anxiety or panic attacks.
just because you wash your hands before you eat,
doesn’t mean your OCD.
stop romanticising disorders.
