Every month I'll be posting a weekly workout routine with some directions for unfamiliar ones for you guys to stay fit throughout the month!

Tuesday 🌳
30 Jumping Jacks
25 Leg Lifts
15 Heel Touches
30 Knee Crunches

Wednesday 🌿
Rest

Thursday 🍃
25 Walking Lunges
30 Russian Twists
20 Hip Raises
20 Sump Squats

Friday 🍂
35 Jumping Jacks
30 Leg Lifts
20 Heel Touches
35 Knee Crunches

Saturday 🍁
25 Flutter Kicks
25 Chair Dips
30 Mountain Climbers
20 V-Ups

Sunday 🌾
Rest

Add 5 more reps to each exercise every other day.
Example: Monday: 20 squats, Wednesday: 25

How to do the exercises :
Flutter Kicks - Lie on your back with your arms down by your side and lift your heels so that they're about 6 inches / 15 cm up. Then quickly start kicking your feet up and down in a scissor like motion.
V-Ups - Lie face up on the floor, so that your legs are flat on the surface, stretch your arms out so that they're on the floor straight out behind your head. Then slowly lift both arms and your legs up at the same time and form a v shape with your body.
