I am thinking of doing this diet just to feel very refreshed for back to school!

Day 1
Breakfast: ½ a grapefruit, coffee or tea (no sugar), a piece of toast with 2 teaspoons of peanut butter
Lunch: ½ a can of tuna, coffee or tea (no sugar), 1 piece of toast
Dinner: 80 gr. of lean meat, ½ a banana, 1 apple and a scoop of vanilla ice-cream

Day 2
Breakfast: 1 egg, ½ a banana, 1 piece of toast
Lunch: 1 hard-boiled egg, some vegetables and 5 salted crackers
Dinner: 2 hot-dogs with some salt, ½ a cup of grated carrot, broccoli, ½ a banana and ½ a scoop of vanilla ice-cream

Day 3
Breakfast: 25 gr. of cheese, 5 salted crackers, coffee or tea (1-2 teaspoons of sugar), 1 apple
Lunch: 1 hard-boiled egg and a piece of toast
Dinner: a can of tuna, ½ a banana and a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.

You can drink plenty of water during the diet. If you’re consistent and follow the diet plan you can lose up to 10 lbs. in only 3-4 days!
